Winter friend getaway
It was fabulous! The house and owners were fantastic! The hot tub was perfect for a winter weekend! Cute cabin decorations! Everything was perfect! We loved it!! Can’t wait to do it again!

Great Cabin and Best Host
Stayed here over Christmas and the cabin was perfect. Decorated beautifully and a well stocked kitchen. It was nice having a functioning fireplace and the hot tub was a nice bonus. The best part was the owner, who was very kind and made sure our stay was great. We would come back here at the earliest opportunity!

Great Place with Lots to do
We were in Delavan for an extended family weekend so we didn't spend a lot of time at the property since most of our group was down the road. But it has everything: sand V-Ball, horseshoes, bags, great deck with hot tub where you can sit and watch the deer wander by. And the owners were great. We will definitely try to stay again the next time we have a family gathering up there.

Great cabin near lake!
We had a great 3 night stay at this home. Had 6 people staying and it slept our group just fine. It was spacious and had a lot of outdoor space as well. Full sand volleyball court, lots of DVDs and board games. Hot tub was good, deck space available as well, and we used the fire pit every evening. Kitchen could have been more organized, but I know it is a rental!! Owners were available and helpful as needed. We rented kayaks at Lake Delavan and swam at the beach on Lake Geneva.

A Wonderful Weekend
This house was very nice. It was in immaculate condition. The hot tub was heatedj on arrival and the location was convenient. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Wonderful winter get away
We were up here for a friend's weekend. There are tons of little Wisconsin bars/restaraunts within walking distance. Cool ice baseball event was happening on the lake. The hot tub is very nice and relaxing. Ute winter cabin decor throughout the place. The upstairs loft is spacious and ideal for a group of kids to hang out. We had a great time!

Overall, I really enjoyed the place. They provide a lot more than listed. They have so many board games, lots of pots and a baking pan, and so many holiday decorations. I did wish that it was slightly cleaner, for example we did find an old vape pen and most of the ingredients in their pantry were expired; some of the pillows also smelled strange. We loved the outdoor hot tub and appreciated the small details like locked gates on either side of the balcony. We did also wish for better lighting, because we went during winter, it got dark quickly and the lighting in the house was too dark making us too tired. As much as we loved the second floor, the sofa beds were extremely uncomfortable and for the individuals sleeping there, barely got any sleep. Overall we appreciated all of the amenities provided and definitely hope to come back again.

Sweet little cabin!
We were so delighted with the cozy little house all decorated for Christmas for our fun weekend with our family and friends. The hot tub was a great perk! The beds were comfy and the fireplace was so warm. We really enjoyed ourselves all weekend long. A great little escape!

Perfect getaway
Was a perfect getaway for myself my husband and our dog! Property was beautiful and had everything we needed. Enjoyed the fire pit, hot tub and gated porch. Cabin was clean and comfortable We would definitely stay here again

Secluded cabin near the lake
This cabin was great. They provided great communication and the property was fun. They have lots games and even a volleyball court. Only downside was one bathroom with a big group but definitely doable. Other than that would recommend.

Great Cabin on Awesome Property!
The cabin was wonderful and beautifully decorated, very comfortable. It was recently updated I believe. Large trees surround the cabin making it feel secluded & peaceful, but it’s in the small town of Delavan, WI. We saw deer several times & wild turkey too. Hot tub on the back deck was perfect and the fire-pit great. Even better the cabin was dog friendly, our dogs loved the large yard as much as we did. Thank you for a special vacation.

Nice Place for Quick Get Away
The host was very helpful in getting the new hot tub going in time for our stay and had great communication in lettings us know what was going on with the whole process. Everything was comfortable and well stocked with fresh towels and soaps. Location was quiet and private, just what we wanted. Highly recommended.

The Perfect Cabin!!
Right when we walked in, we were amazed at how cute and cozy this cabin was! The size and layout was perfect for our group of 6 with plenty of space to hang out and relax. The cabin was well equipped with everything we would need including towels and dish ware, blankets, etc. and the appliances seemed new and updated. Our fave feature was the hot tub and we loved relaxing in it after a day of skiing. The host was responsive and accommodating, and overall this was a great experience!

Beautiful cabin!
Our family really enjoyed our getaway at this cabin! The hot tub was huge and the surrounding trees gave it a very private naturey feel. There was deer frolicking around the property and this was very entertaining for the kids. There was a super cute bar/restaurant on the water walking distance from the cabin. There was also an ice cream shop a bit further but still walking distance. We are very happy with our stay and recommend this cabin for sure!

Wonderful Thanksgiving Stay
We stayed over Thanksgiving and loved this cabin. It was very clean and comfortable. The deck and hot tub are a great bonus. The kids loved the upper loft with comfortable pullout couch and large TV overlooking the great room with fireplace, more comfortable furniture and large dining table. The kitchen was well stocked and convenient and the two bedrooms were very nice as is the bathroom. The owners were very accommodating and promptly answered all my questions. We'd like to visit again, especially in summer with the property's location steps from Lake Delavan.

Great property
We had a wonderful stay at this home. Rustic is a great description. Loved being surrounded by trees and falling leaves. My only suggestion would be to fence the back area so pets could roam free. Has the biggest and best dvd collection I’ve ever seen. Very well stocked with anything you might need. Looking forward to a return stay

Inconsiderate home owners
We were going to bed and found a crack pipe on the night stand thank go’s our Kids were not with us. Then we were woken up To trees on the property being cut down and put in a chipper. It was so loud we just left. Also the owner was having deck measured for repairs while we were there. All this should Have waiting until we left. Very inconsiderate of them. Will not be renting here again.

I stayed with my daughter and 3 adult grandkids. We enjoyed the hot tub and activities surrounding the area. (Kayaking, hiking, biking). Property was quiet and we saw various deer in the backyard which has a wooded area. Cabin was clean and comfortable. Host answered my questions promptly.

We wanted to spend a couple days touring Lake Geneva and needed a place to stay for a couple nights. We found this cozy cabin that had plenty of room for the family. The hot tub was a relaxing treat at the end of a long day. Having food and grocery stores close was very convenient.

We had an amazing time at this cabin in Delevan. The home was very spacious with rustic decor. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and the home was sparkling clean. We loved the privacy of the property and the enclosed deck, as we had our dog with us. And, the hot tub was the icing on the cake each night! Our host was very responsive and helpful We'll definitely be back!

Great Property!
My husband, dog and I spent a few days at this beautiful property. It was very well equipped and has just about everything you could need or want. It’s a very short walk down to the lake with a restaurant right there. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but it looked cute and would be really nice to sit outside in the summer. If you plan to make a fire, grab some firewood on your way out of town towards the house. Sit back, relax and enjoy!

Best Home Rental EVER
I have no bad things to say about the rental process & stay. The house was in wonderful condition and everything was perfect! One day the refrigerator had some malfunctions, and Antoinette (the home owner) sent an engineer over to fix it. Within an hour of our complaint, the problem was fixed! This property is wonderful and so are the owners!

Modern cabin, secluded feel but close to lake & town
Our family of 5 was looking for a Wisconsin get-away and were fortunate to find this great, rustic recently-remodeled home tucked into a private wooded lot not far from the lake. It was perfect! The two bedrooms are well-appointed and comfortable on the first floor and the bathroom is update too. The loft provided a nice get-away and place to watch TV. The pull-out beds were comfortable and perfect for out teenagers. The outside deck and hot tub were favorite spots and we enjoyed playing games at the large dining room table. There's a couple of small pubs and a store with ice cream and more within a 2-3 blocks. Lake Delavan is nice alternative to Lake Geneva. We enjoyed walks along the lakeside of Lake Lawn Lodge where we also rented jet skis, kayaks and a pontoon boat. The staff were courteous and it was easy to get in and out. Also enjoyed playing golf at the Lodge and public course. We did go into Williams Bay (Pier 290) and Lake Geneva (Pizza place on Lake next to Popeves) but were always happy to retreat from the hustle and bustle back to our quiet home 15 minutes away on a quieter lake. Downtown Delavan had some nice restaurant options too and it was nice to see this historic circus-themed area which is a bit off the beaten path. Owners were friendly and accessible. We hope to return again. One thing to plan for -- one bathroom can get busy if you have more than a few people and there is not washer and dryer access so be sure to bring enough clothes/towels.

Amazing Cabin!
My husband and I stayed at the cabin for the week for our honeymoon. Antoinette was so sweet and thoughtful for our stay and left us a bottle of champagne, flowers and chocolate covered strawberries! The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. The hot tub was perfect and deck was wonderful. The grounds are secluded and quiet. Just down the street is a cute store and also a bar that overlooks the water. We will definitely be back and recommend this cabin to our friends/family! Thank you again for a great stay!
