Just two blocks from Delavan Lake and only a mile from Lake Lawn Resort, this charming 2 bedroom cottage offers the perfect blend of relaxation with easy access to lively local bars/restaurants and the serene beauty of the lake. A short drive takes you to the delightful shops and restaurants of Lake Geneva, Fontana & Williams Bay. When you return, unwind on the peaceful patio or sip your coffee on the front porch, which overlooks a shaded tree canopy area—an ideal spot for kids to play. With a fire pit, 6 person dining table, picnic benches, and plenty of space to gather, the outdoor setup invites cozy evenings and memorable moments with family and friends.

Bedrooms:
The cottage is designed to fit up to 6 guests! There are 2 bedrooms – 2 queen beds in Bedroom #1 Bunk beds with 1 full and 1 twin bed in Bedroom#2. A pack-n-play is also available.

Bathroom:
Our bathroom has a hair dryer, towels, and shampoo/conditioner are provided. Please note - there is only a shower on our property, but it does include a handheld sprayer to assist with younger children.

Parking:
There are two parking spots available.

Living Areas
There is a living room and a three-season room area allowing for extra space for your whole crew. The TV stand has board games and puzzles for your enjoyment. Roku TVs, ready to use your own Netflix, Hulu, etc.

Laundry
A brand new washer / dryer combo is available for your use. Laundry pods will be provided.

Kitchen:
The cottage kitchen is small but mighty! Newer appliances and cupboards are stocked with pots, pans, and other cooking supplies for your use.

Fire Pit, Grill, Patio & Front Porch:
Enjoy meals at the 6-person outdoor dining set, sip coffee on the front porch and gather around the fire pit with bench seating, cook up a feast on the grill, and take advantage of the park like setting.

Delavan Lake & Lake Geneva Access:
