I was in for one night. An I had to depart early and the morning. When I jumped in the shower I was standing in my own filth. The shower drain was clogged and when I called the front desk all he could say was I can’t do anything about it. By the way it was room 142. It’s probably not even fixed yet for the next occupant

Disgustingly dirty. Carpets had red stains and smelled like a mixture of gross substances. The hotel room had not been cleaned but it was late and we weren’t able to see everything until the morning. Wadded up tissues that had been wet were stuck between the bathroom mirror and wall. Hot tub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in over a year. Cockroaches in the lobby. I don’t advise anyone to stay here. I spoke with the manager in the morning and his only reply was that the carpets were being cleaned a few days after our stay, which was of no help at all. I will be calling their corporate headquarters and reporting the manager with pictures of the entire property. Absolutely gross and disgusting.

Hotel Review
We had a good time even though my husband was not feeling good. We only went on the trip because Hotels.com gave me the run around on getting a refund. I had even called the Hotel myself and they asked me who told me my reservation was not refundable. I advised them that Hotels.com did. It sounded to me like the Hotel would have refunded me but Hotels.com made it difficult since the reservations were through them telling me they would make a decision within 72hrs. Needless to say I’m very disappointed with Hotels.com. I’m sure if it was one of your family members you wouldn’t have hesitated to give them a refund. I will from now on contact the Hotels in the future directly since they seem to be a little more compassionate. I do have to say that the staff at the Holiday Inn in Delano were exceptional and helped me in any way needed knowing my husband is disabled & not feeling good. I give them a 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ review. As far as Hotels.com my rating would be a 0 - 1

Great rest stop
Very clean hotel with accommodating staff. Minor maintenance issues were— loose bathroom faucet and very drippy shower, both reported to desk at checkout. Recommend this hotel for convenient restful stop on trip down Hwy 99

Worked for our needs
The staff and check in process were winderful. Very friendly and helpful. Our room was cery comfortable. There was a lounger chair in the room that we coukd not ir did not wish to use because of unsightly stains, hence the reason for the lower rating for cleanliness. There was also a hole punched in the wall of the shower. Location is good. Room was quiet. Good coffee in morning.

This place has to have been the worst Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at. When I checked in, the front desk looked great! It was nice and cleaned. Our room was located near the back entrance. Once we were in our room, my daughter went to go turn on the light, there was a live cockroach and my Husband immediately killed it. The next day, we went out have breakfast, and it was terrible. The toaster was broken with old bread in it, the muffins were so dry. The orange juice was so diluted and tasted horribly. There was no coffee, we had to ask for some. There is was no pancake batter, we also had to ask for that. Once we were done, we proceeded to the back to go to the store, and that’s what when we found 3 more live cockroaches. I will not be staying here again and I would recommend if you are thinking about it, to not stay here.

Very average HIE. Nothing special for $160 per night stay. Rooms seemed old. The bath faucet was broken so unable to turn off(not just a drip) …made noise all night so had to close the bathroom door to sleep with the ac noise to drown out the drip. Told manger the next morning as we got in late and did not feel like changing rooms.

Very strange communications as we tried to make reservations. Use caution. Whoever answered told us there was only one room left and it was $170. This was all not true. The front desk thinks that somehow one of the third party services grabbed our call.The room and employees were nice; however the bread, muffins, biscuits and brown sugar were rock hard, not edible and the sausage was cold. Orange juice very diluted, automated pancakes truly awful. Phone in our room was completely dead, not able to call the office.

Check in was rudely, I had 4 adults one teenager. I asked for extra blankets, because there wasn't any in the room. Staff automatically said they didn't have any. It's a Hotel? How don't they? No customer service experience obviously. I will not be back. Thank you rude lady.
