"I used to live in Corpus Christi and knew that this house was going to be the located in the perfect quiet neighborhood we were looking for. It gave us the opportunity to catch some of the most beautiful sunsets that Corpus Christi is known for. Quinn is an exceptional host who responds back quickly. This house had everything we needed for our week stay. The front porch swing was a perfect place to sit on in the mornings, while the backyard was great place to unwind after a long day. "

"Lovely house in a perfect area for seeing the water. The front door is a bit tricky and we found it easier to use the side door, but overall this was a great house. Comfortably slept 9 people with enough room for us to have some personal space as well. Electricity was a little wonky when using appliances, but it wasn’t a huge deal. The host was very accommodating and allowed us to enter 2 hours ahead of check in since we were early and that was very much appreciated! "

"We usually visit the area for some island time, but this was a short trip, we were attending a funeral service and required a location close to where that was being held.This is a clean well maintained property located in the hustle and bustle of the city. It was fairly quiet with occasional traffic and city sounds like sirens and dogs barking. Everything and more was provided on our stay, 2 comfy king beds/2 twin beds,towels/wash cloths, cleaning supplies, tv, washer dryer with detergent, full kitchen, full bath ect. Something to note, there is lot of foot traffic outside and we did have some encounters with a few locals. We recieved a knock on the door late (we where still awake watching t.v.)and where ask for a little money, we obliged and then they were on their way. Another time we were leaving and someone outside on foot politely asked for water which we provided. All in all the stay was good. I recommend this place for those on business or visiting someone/somewhere in the city for closeness although i understand there is a nice little beach near by that we did not visit due to the nature of our trip. I do not recommend it for relaxing or scenery as it is in a busy city area."
