"This home has the potential to be truly spectacular, but it is not due to inadequate maintenance and attention to details. Examples: lights on lanai around pool do not work, no Keurig, can lights in kitchen either were out or didnt match with other lights, wine glasses didnt match, shower curtain very cheap quality, mold on shower inner tile, bedroom blinds too small to cover sliding door, and so on. The view is spectacular, and we would have liked to enjoy the nights on the lanai more, but it was quite dark. While the house was clean, it appeared maintenance was being done on a very tight budget which severely impacted the overall ambiance of an otherwise spectacular property. "
