The biggest problem was that this hotel, which claims to be child-friendly, only carried out activities for children in Russian. Usually, in such hotels, the songs played in children's animations, mini discos, etc. are chosen from internationally known children's songs, but unfortunately, 9 out of every 10 songs played for children here were in Russian. Therefore, non-Russian children did not have enough fun. Other than that, the hotel was generally good.

"Staff: when we arrived we was greeted by a local, unable to identify if person is staff or just a local. We got checked in, no advice how to get to room nor information about pool, wifi, and breakfast to which we paid for. Next morning we figured it all out. We also wasnt able to use the only pool, ..."
