The comfortable apartment “4-Star Holiday Apartment No. 2” is part of a country house and is situated in the idyllic Deggenhausertal (Deggenhauser Valley) near Salem. The 85 m² duplex apartment is perfect for quiet and relaxing holidays in the scenic Lake Constance region and consists of a living room with a dining area, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with an additional single bed) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. The child-friendly apartment includes Wi-Fi, satellite television, a baby cot, a children’s bed and a highchair. The spacious communal outdoor area boasts a lush garden with farm animals, table tennis and a playground for children. You can start the day with breakfast on the terrace with open and covered areas or spend the evenings with a glass of wine and tasty barbecued dinners. You can reach a supermarket after 2.3 km or a 3-minute drive, a pharmacy after a 4-minute drive (3.3 km), and several restaurants serving local dishes are within a 6-minute drive (5 km) from the property. Furthermore, it is a 12-minute drive (11 km) to Salem, and the nearest beach, Strandbad Hagnau, is 14 km or a 16-minute drive away. There you can swim in the clear blue water of Lake Constance and enjoy a brilliant lake and mountain panorama. After a 20-minute drive (16 km) to the ferry terminal in Meersburg, you can cross the lake to Konstanz. The city is famous for its picturesque old town centre, its architecture and the cathedral. After a 26-minute drive (18 km), you can explore Friedrichshafen, and in winter you can go skiing a 14-minute drive (11.5 km) away.

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber

Pros: Für die Kids gab es allerhand zu entdecken. Fahrzeuge und diverse Spielmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Kletterwand und Hasen waren für unsere Mädels ein Highlight. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der Bodensee ist in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto oder dem Bus zu erreichen.

Urlaub in der Nähe von Salem

Der Aufenthalt war runterherum schön. Wir waren mit drei unserer Enkel dort. Die Familie Gäng hat viele Spielgeräte für große und kleinere Kinder. Man kann vom Standort direkt Wanderungen unternehmen. Ansonsten braucht man ein Auto um weitere Ausflüge z.B. zum Bodensee, Meersburg zu unternehmen. Das einzige Negative, für 5 Personen ein Badezimmer ist zu wenig. Es fehlte eine zusätzliche Toilette.

Alles da, was man braucht.

Pros: Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, haben uns wohl gefühlt. Für die Kids sind Kettcars, Schaukeln, Trampolin und Tischtennis vorhanden. Frische Eier von glücklichen Hühnern und Hasen gibt's, die man streicheln und füttern kann. Kommen bestimmt wieder. Lage ist gut, mit dem Auto nach Meersburg, Immenstaad, Salem gut zu erreichen und nicht weit. Auch Brötchen werden vom Gastgeber geliefert. 👍

Alles sehr schön

Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und bemüht. Sie war immer erreichbar und ansprechbar. Die Wohnung war sehr schön, sauber und gut geschnitten. Die Terasse direkt vor der Tür war gut nutzbar. Der gemeinsam nutzbare Garten war schön und weitläufig. Die zusätzlich nutzbaren Gemeinschafträume waren groß, sauber und recht gut ausgestattet. Ideal für Kinder bei schlechtem Wetter. Jederzeit Empfehlenswert, werden wir noch mal hinfahren.
