"Absolutely the best rental I've ever had. The unit is spacious, clean, well equiped and the beds / furniture are very comfotable (I fell asleep in the lazy boy watching the ball game. Like thelisting says: it is close to everything. The host was quick to respond to all my messages and accomodated all my requests. I'd love to come back next time I get to the island."

"We stayed at Alder House for the Gros Morne Hiking Festival and although the Festival didn’t recommend this area, we found it perfect. It was a 30 minute drive to to the Water’s Edge, Festival Headquarters in Woody Point which was no hardship because it was stunning! We were awestruck just driving in to the Festival. ( plus being close to the Jackladder for a turkey mess and a Day Boil was the bomb). Alder House is absolutely perfect for 3 couples with 3 bedrooms, all queen size beds. It has a fully functional kitchen and the living room was a comfy spot for talking about our adventures. Really nice spot. Thanks Neil. "
