"My (extended) family stayed for 5 nights and the house was perfect for our needs. We flew into Denver for a wedding near the house. There are plenty of shops and food within easy driving distance. Our furthest excursion was Garden of the Gods which was about an hour away.The 3.5 bathrooms made getting ready a breeze. We utilized the kitchen, both living rooms, laundry, and the outdoor patio. The kitchen was well stocked so we didn’t have to run the dishwasher after every meal. The host was very communicative leading up to the trip and when I reached out while we were there.I would recommend packing slippers with grips for the hardwood flooring. And ear plugs if you’re not all on the same sleep schedule. Neighborhood was very quiet - just some squeaky floors and not much carpet to absorb sound. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The owner was excellent in responding whenever I had a question. I loved the location at the foothills of the mountains with groceries, gas, etc. just down the street. I stayed here for 5 weeks and would return again. "

That said, there were some cleanliness issues and it was difficult to get into… especially if you have a lot of luggage and other items to haul into this space. I would give a solid 0 stars for accessibility! The host was very responsive to emails and got to my questions and concerns promptly. "
