*This space may not be a good fit if you have asthma or are sensitive to smells, due to being it pet friendly and having a previous tenant that smoked. We have had smoke remediation performed: Painted ceilings, all surfaces have been washed and sanitized, indoor heat and air unit has been disassembled and cleaned, ductwork has been cleaned, and there is a HEPA air purifier running in the unit.*

While we love your furry friends, please clean up after your pet if you bring them. Due to several instances PETS ARE NOT TO BE ALLOWED ON BEDDING OR FURNITURE. If we have to clean excessively for fur/shedding on furniture or bedding you may be required to pay an additional fee above and beyond the pet deposit. ***Guests Staying Over 28 Days***
For reservations exceeding 28 days, an additional cleaning fee will apply for each 28-day period. A professional cleaning and restocking service will be scheduled at each 28-day interval to maintain the quality and comfort of the unit.

These additional charges will be communicated and invoiced separately after the initial booking. Please note that acceptance of these charges is required to confirm and maintain the reservation. Failure to accept the additional fees may result in cancellation of the booking.
