"Will never stay again. Upon arrival I tried to follow the outside arrows to help locate check in and spent close to an hour trying to figure where to park and where to check in. You think the workers would be the first to help, but no customers. We had more customers approach us to see if we needed help than staff. Tried using the online room service, but didn't work. The food downstairs was delicious (route 66), big portions, took the rest of my food back to my room thinking I could have it later. Surprise, no microwave. You have to call to have one delivered to your room for an extra charge. All Plug in are across the room next to the tv and none next to the bed."

"Reserved two weeks in advance. Upon check-in asked for a first floor room due to our age. Was told by the unfriendly woman that I should have requested that when reserving. Finally gave us a room in the first floor but it was the worst. It was on freeway side with car noise, bright street lights and no curtain to shut any of that out. Also the shower water would not adjust to anything but scalding hot. The next morning I went to the desk and said we could not stay another three nights in that room. A nicer lady then let me see a room in the back side that was much nicer. It was away from even parking lot noise, had a curtain to block light and the water even adjusted to our liking. I think the first lady I dealt with just didn’t like me and tried to punish me with a terrible room. That room also had a serious safety problem that I reported. The electrical outlets were so old and worn that cords would not stay plugged in or would not make electrical connections. This can create heat and cause fires. "
