"This was a nice place to stay. Swimming pool and hot tub after a long day of traveling is always nice. The lobby is very nice and breakfast was simple but good. The only downfall is there is no elevator, there are only two floors but we had lots of luggage which the manager noticed right away and kindly switched our room from the second floor to the first floor. I would definitely stay here again. Located next to a Walmart, Hyvee, Marshalls, Caribou, Culvers and Perkins, all within in walking distance."

"the curtains did not cover the window all the way - there was about a 3-inch gap. did not seem very clean - no tissue in the room - at 7 AM I went for the free breakfast, and nothing was set out to eat - went back to my room and left. the charge online was about $87 - but the invoice at the hotel showed a charge of $66 - why such a difference????"

"This was a great place to stay with family. We were in town for a family function and this place was fantastic for kids of all ages. we had our family come back with us after our gathering and the kids all enjoyed playing with the yard games and toys they had on site. A big beautiful porch on the back and another in front. The fresh duck eggs were the topping on the cake. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"
