"Lovely home, property, location, and views! Wen is a gracious and responsive host - the home is beautiful, clean, very comfortable, and well appointed. The views were beautiful, and the location was so convenient for access to Deception Pass and other parks - there was even access to a small park across the street and hiking trail just around the corner - both easy walking distance. We enjoyed watching the deer, osprey, and other wildlife. We hope to visit again!"

"My husband and I stayed for 3 days in August for our 35th wedding anniversary. The house is exceptionally well appointed; stocked kitchen, nice toiletries and plenty of towels. The house was lovely, very clean, airy and bright and the decor was fantastic with a beachy vibe. The views are incredible, we enjoyed bird watching and saw a few seals as well. A tranquil relaxing getaway."
Deception Pass home with forest and bay views

"The entry way was hard to access due to low tree branches blocking the driveway and the walkway to the front door. You have to duck over several feet to get under the branches and one of our guests got scratches on the back of their neck. Aside from that it is a gorgeous property. We were visited by several deer throughout our stay. Neighborhood is charming and very close to Deception Pass. Would stay again."

"We had a great stay and really enjoyed the property's proximity to Deception Pass, Anacortes, and the towns on Whidbey. The backyard was really nice for hanging out and socializing. The hot tub saw a lot of love from the whole group. We were 6 adults, 2 kids, and 2 teens. The pull-out couch is in an area that can be closed off and separated from the communal area, which worked great for our 2 kids.A couple of updates I'd recommend, which would have changed my review from 4 to 5 stars: 1) A few fans — definitely one for the bedroom in the shed/outbuilding. There's one small screened window, so it got a little stuffy, and it would have been nice to have some fresh airflow in the room. The area with the pull-out couch could benefit from a fan as well. 2) The kitchen was adequately supplied — it had what we needed. We only cooked quick, simple meals, and I'm not sure I'd recommend taking on extensive meal prep in this kitchen. The frying pans could use an update, and for us that would have made a difference.When we arrived, we noticed a lack of smoke detectors. The property management company was communicative and came out that afternoon to install smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. They were very attentive and communicative."

"My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Deception Pass Waterfront Cabin. The view was exceptional with lots of deck space to enjoy it! The cabin has everything you need with some nice extra touches throughout. The location is near many types of outdoor activities as well as shopping and art galleries in the scenic waterfront towns of La Conner and Coupville. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!"
