"Very easy to get to and check in was quick and easy. Our room was so clean and fresh. The breakfast in the morning was one of the best we've had at hotels that offer the complimentary breakfast. All interactions with the staff were friendly. The hotel restaurant, Banana Leaves, had great service and delicious food! Highly recommended! We'll be coming back!"

"I would NEVER stay here again and I’m sorry I even trusted the reviews that said the hotel was fine. There was a domestic violence issue outside of my hotel room during our stay that lasted a good 3-4 hours. I called 3 times to complain and the manager of the hotel called the cops on them twice, nothing was done. I was asked to change rooms but I’m not taking my family out and putting everyone in danger to switch rooms when the fighting is happening outside my door. I called for a refund for that stay and the manager said I never complained and there were no issues. RIDICULOUS. Also, the floors were DISGUSTINGLY dirty. STAY AWAY from this hotel. "

"Was in town to visit the Space & Rocket Center. This hotel had great prices, was very close to the Space Center and had a kitchen for cooking in the room which was convenient. The room I booked was clean and tidy. Parking was easy. "
