"The location is great if you know your way around Addis, some staff members really makes an effort to make your stay pleasant while some are outright rude and hostile. I was not able to use the GYM area on the weekend as they do not allow customers staying in the hotel to use the facilities on weekends, the lady looking after the facility gave me a very rude speech about the rules being the rules. Overall there are better options for the price and I would not recommend the place."

"Great option close to the airport. On-site microbrewery and a decent in-house kitchen adds to the benefits. Free airport shuttle. Service is friendly and they go out of their way to please. One negative experience we had was that hotels.com/Expedia had NOT paid the property even though I had pre-paid in full.
