Loved all the amenities and the location was perfect. I would correct the description to say 6 bedrooms instead of 7 but luckily there was a pullout couch so there was a bed for all of us.
This was the perfect place to stay for our vacation. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms. It had plenty of parking as we had two trucks and trailers for our UTVs. Everything was how they said it would be. The covered porch was awesome. When we weren’t out on the trails we were together on the porch. The only time we spent inside was to sleep.
There were a couple minor things that could have been better, but overall we really enjoyed the place. We spent a lot of time on the covered deck and the kids used the swings like crazy! We also had couple beautiful evenings to use the fire pit. If you're going to use this property for a larger gathering bring your own silverware and a couple coffee cups 🙂
This property fit our needs. The location is fantastic! The hot tub was great. The rooms were comfortable and the cabin was well stocked with essentials. Would stay here again!
Enjoyed our stay, though the grill and oven and some of the utensils and dishes needed cleaning. Overall a positive experience. Great location. Very good communications.
The cabin was perfect for the 13 of us! The back deck was an ideal location - the deer wandered by as we had coffee in the morning. We were disappointed that we were only staying there for two nights - we all wanted to stay there longer. I accidentally left my pillow and they have promised to send it back to me.

great property-couple issues
Beautiful home and property. Wonderful porch to hang out on and plenty of space for kids to enjoy themselves. Close proximity to Deadwood and Northern Hills. Unfortunately the hot tub was not functioning properly and no service showed up to repair it. A bedroom description was not accurate on the site but has been corrected. Only three coffee cups!
I would rent again.
Overall, the description was fairly accurate. The biggest negative is the water smell. Taking a shower smelled up the whole house with a strong sulfur smell. I know there are filtration systems for this (my cousins house is within a mile, and they have a filtration system and no, smell), and I would recommend investing in one. Even brushing our teeth we felt it necessary to use bottled water. The listing on the number and type of beds was confusing. The bedrooms were listed as (3) queens, (2) doubles, and a room with a double sofa bed. The images show a twin bed in one room which turned out to be a trundle bed.
We enjoyed our stay very much. The fireplace was tricky for us to figure out so our first night was chilly. loved all the extra bedding and the kids loved the cookie at our check in. Would stay again!
This property was a great size and layout for our group of 5 adults and 5 kids (ages 3-7). We really enjoyed the extra kitchen/fridge space downstairs, the covered porch, and were pleasantly surprised by the play set and outdoor toys for the kids. We had 2 large SUV’s with trailers and they easily fit into the parking area provided. Also, we found the beds to be clean and comfortable.
However, at the time of our stay, the cabin was ready for a deep clean. There were many dead flies on the bedroom windowsills, noticeable dust where larger items would need to be moved (we had to lift the pullout couch downstairs and found quite a bit of food underneath), and the inside of the kitchen drawers/cupboards (along with most of the dishes) needed a good scrub. But the important areas in the home were clean, and we just washed our dishes before using them.
Overall, this is a good spot for the family and groups wanting to do some ATVing. We really enjoyed going up Custer Peak, which can be seen from the front door of the cabin!
Was great up in the mountains could not ask for morr
We had a group of friends and family and the property was laid out perfectly. Spacious floor plan with everything needed for a great stay. The house was well organized and equipped down to the knives and forks. We will stay again.
