"First off when we arrived around 11:20 am The place wasn’t ready for checking in , we had to wait about 20 to 30 minutes… After we checked in come to find out that the pool was not clean , hadn’t been used or cleaned in a while , green mold that clearly and visibly on the pool floor , kitchen had no coffee and tea pot to use , very basic kitchen supplies provided, in the bathrooms there was only 3 towels , no cleaning supplies to clean with , bed sheets and blankets were all dust and sand ,...

"The keeper at property will ask for extra money for non sense things! The reservation changed in last minute while driving there so I had to take whatever option available! The deal I paid for includes heated pool but on arrival i paid 35$ just for the heated pool cash! Pool remained cold! The owner so nice and available but the keeper was annoying! "

"Very helpful staff (especially Manuel) but a few issues. They didn't seem to know I was coming so had to work quickly to fully prepare the room. But they did well and it was very comfortable - good airconditioning, lovely sunset view over the Dead Sea, comfy bed. Breakfast didn't happen at 8am as planned and there was still nobody to be seen when we had to leave at 8.30, so we put the key on the front desk and let ourselves out."

"If you are traveling on a budget, this rental is fine for 1-2 people for a night. We stayed for two nights, but the wind was very strong that it was hard to sleep because the shutters were making a lot of noise from the wind. There were also dogs barking a few streets down. "Just left the Kempinski Dead Sea. It was a lovely stay. It’s a resort and it does everything a resort should. Customer service was terrific. Very attentive. The area to swim in the Dead Sea was well taken care of and the staff always ready to give you a towel or help put your mud on. The spa was wonderful. An’am was so welcoming and attentive to our needs. The Dead Sea pool was amazing. We bought the half board and were happy with the massive selection of food at breakfast and dinner. Ivan was there every morning to check on everyone and ask if there was anything we needed. There is a huge construction project next door which sometimes ruins the serenity of the place. "
