"Everything was good, except when the elevator went out. Walking up and down 4 flights of stairs with a bad knee wasn't fun. I did like the fact that you had to use your key to actually enter the area where the rooms and elevator is located."

"The room was decent, but several of the outlets didn’t work and the iron didn’t work. I didn’t feel like being bothered with anyone and I spent most of my days here just alone in the hotel so I didn’t share this information with the staff. However, I’m sure if I had they probably would’ve moved me to another room or give me a different iron."
