"Homeless very scary people were living in back of the parking Dead cockroaches trash, and leafs and debris were in the elevator, sidewalks, and the room. Tried La Quinta, will go back to Best Western. Lady at front desk did not speak English."

"The room was not fully clean and the walls and floors in the bathroom had visible staining. Other than that, it was clean. The air conditioning unit did blow out a mild odor which I had to mask with air freshener I purchased from the dollar store across the street."

Luckily one front desk clerk was able to figure it out and I was to get a handicap accessible room but not the suite I reserved prior to arrival they blamed it on Expedia. They need to know what is in there rooms. "
