Meh, staff nice enough… but ‘Resort”? Not. More like a motel in decent shape. Area was a bit seedy. No breakfast these days? OK for price but don’t try to fool us with an extravagant “regular price”, then a discount….is maybe worth about what we paid..

Westgate lake and spa is excellent but the rental car company is the biggest scam artist out there I can’t believe expida deals with them and puts your in a situation that will ruin your family vacation I paid for the collision through expida and it was a package deal they wanted 1000 security deposit I had my own lie ability insurance information with me and they didn’t even look at it plus the said the tolls are 30 dollars each I was towards the back of the line it was a run down place dirty and 25 minutes from the air port the drove me and my granddaughter the people in front of me were yelling at the rental people and some customers were crying and some could even get the car because of high they were up charging us and they were told they have to wait out in the street not on there property trying to strong arm rob us I had to pay an additional 500 dollars on top of my booking it was a horrible experience and scared the crap out of my eleven year old granddaughter I even said I was going to write a review about what they are doing he straight up said he didn’t care and laughs I can believe Expedia even partners with them and I’m sure this is not the first complaint that they have heard about Zezgo car rental remember ZEZGO car retail do not use unless you want an extremely bad experience Expedia needs to stop using the altogether or they will get a bad reputation

The hotel was beautiful and staff were courteous. I’d booked this hotel because I wanted to enjoy the rooftop terrace, but upon arrival was told that I couldn’t because I wasn’t a club member. I was put on the highest floor and within two days both elevators were out of service so all guests had to use the service elevator in that part of the building. I had also booked for the breakfast, but it was over by 9:30 so I never made it. Also, on separate occasions, the power went out in my room thus rotting the food that I had in the refrigerator. Finally, the TVs were not set up appropriately, I only had a few live channels, and the guide had no information and no premium channels.

Our trip was a working trip and we selected this hotel because of the location. The room was adequate but nothing out of the ordinary. There were several preventative maintenance items that needed to be done, like both the shower and sink did not drain quickly. Many unchaparoned young adults were in the hotel so the noise level was high. Check in and out were easy.

Good location and great small hotel. Only struggle was having uber pick up, but Lyft has no problem finding the location.
