Einfach Erholung
Das Studio ist zwar klein, aber trotzdem ausreichend groß und sauber. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Im Bad findet man einen Fön. Vom Balkon hat man einen schönen Blick auf die Dünen. Der Strand ist wirklich nur ein paar Meter vom Objekt entfernt. Was ich als angenehm empfunden habe, ist die Freundlichkeit der Vermieter. Sie kümmern sich im Bedarfsfall und sind jederzeit ansprechbar.

Appartement parfait pour un séjour à la mer
Les points positifs. Très proche de la plage (50 m). L'appartement est au 6e étage avec une vue dégagée mais pas de vue sur la mer. Comme il est en hauteur : pas de moustiques ou d'insectes. Le soleil donne sur la terrasse du matin au milieu de l'après-midi en été. Le parking est juste devant l'immeuble (payant : 5€/jour) mais il est vite rempli en fin de semaine. L'appartement est idéalement placé : à 1 min de la plage, à côté de la réserve naturelle, à 15 minutes à pieds de l'esplanade et 20 minutes à pieds du centre ville. À 3 minutes en voiture, il y a un Delhaize ainsi que la gare de La Panne et Plopsaland. L'appartement en lui-même est propre, moderne et bien fourni. Les propriétaires étaient très sympathiques et disponibles (parlent anglais et néerlandais).
Les points négatifs. Pas mal de problèmes pour régler l'eau chaude, surtout pour le robinet de la cuisine qui n'est pas pourvu de mitigeur. La cuisine est très petite, avec seulement 2 plaques de cuisson électriques (1 grande et 1 petite), l'idéal pour 1 ou 2 personnes mais difficile pour 3 ou 4 personnes si on cuisine tous les jours. Il n'y a ni four ni lave-vaisselle, mais cela ne m'a pas dérangée. Il y a une très mauvaise insonorisation, les filles dormaient dans les lits superposés près de la porte d'entrée et elles entendaient tous les bruits du couloir. Il faudrait ajouter dans l'appartement : 1 bouilloire, 1 sèche-cheveux, 1 sèche-linge sur la terrasse. Attention : il faut payer pour jeter la poubelle.
