Wir (Familie mit 4 Personen) haben eine Woche in De Panne verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung liegt zentral an der Hauptstraße – mit Bäckerei gegenüber und Einkaufsstraße um die Ecke. Ideal für alle, die mittendrin sein wollen. De Panne ist ein lebendiger Urlaubsort, besonders im Sommer. Der Strand ist schön, aber bei gutem Wetter sehr überfüllt – nichts für Ruhesuchende.Die Wohnung ist modern und neuwertig eingerichtet. Leider sehr hellhörig: Auf der Rückseite stören Lüftungsanlagen von Restaurants, die auch nachts laufen. In heißen Nächten muss man sich zwischen Lärm und Hitze entscheiden. Jede vorbeifahrende Bahn verursacht ein leichtes "Erdbeben" – zum Glück nur tagsüber. Positiv: Mit der Bahn kommt man günstig z. B. nach Oostende.Die Sauberkeit war okay, könnte aber besser sein. Die Bettwäsche ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr angenehm waren die freundlichen Vermieter – hilfsbereit, mit vielen Tipps. Die Garage zur Miete ist sehr zu empfehlen, da Parken in der Umgebung teuer und schwierig ist.Insgesamt ein abwechslungsreicher Urlaub mit schönen Ausflügen (u. a. Brügge, Lille, Dünkirchen). Für alle, die gerne zentral wohnen und Trubel mögen, gut geeignet. Ruhesuchende sollten sich etwas abseits umsehen.

Schöner Familienurlaub
Wir hatten einen tollen Familienurlaub in De Panne. Das Apartment ist genauso, wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit.Durch die tolle Lage der Wohnung ist man schnell am Strand oder an der Haltestelle der Küstentram. Merci beaucoup.

Ein schöner Aufenthalt in De Panne
Die Wohnung liegt sehr günstig.
Die Tramhaltestelle liegt direkt vor der Haustür. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch fußläufig erreichbar.

Sehr schönes Apartment, sehr angenehme Gastgeber
Die Wohnung ist auf der Hauptstrasse von De Panne, relativ zu oberst und sehr modern eingerichtet. Alles ist wie auf den Fotos ersichtlich, genau so! Plus haben die Vermieter in der Küche Salz, Öl, Essig, Zucker, Mülltüten, ein paar Spülmaschinen-Tabs, dass man nicht direkt in den Carfour eiern muss, was nach einer langen Anreise sehr entspannend ist. Bäckerei ist direkt über die Strasse. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und diskret. Der Balkon ist für kleine Kinder ausreichend geschützt. Unter den Betten und der Couch im Wohnzimmer war es etwas staubig, aber wir haben rasch gewischt und es war gut. Ich möchte nicht so negativ bewerten, da alles andere wirklich Top war und man auch selbst mal durchwischen kann. Mit dem Müll ist es auch einfach geregelt, ein Kalender hängt in der Unterkunft, an den Tagen, an denen man den Müll einfach hinausstellt, direkt vor die Haustür in Säcken. Wir sind 1 Stunde etwas früher abgereist als vereinbart, aber Eric und seine Frau haben uns dies direkt bei Ankunft gefragt, so wussten wir es. Im Haus ist es ruhig. Der Lift ist wunderbar. Parken ist in De Panne ein Riesen-Problem, aber das regeln wir immer separat mit der Gemeinde, zwischen 10-18 Uhr muss man schnell und viel zahlen, zwischen 18 Uhr und 10 Uhr ist es vor der Tür gratis. Ansonsten alles wunderbar, wir kommen sehr gern wieder! Danke nochmals für die tolle Gastfreundschaft.

Wunderschöner Urlaub
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet.
Das Vermieterpaar ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage der Wohnung ist zentral und strandnah.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen wunderschönen, abwechslungsreichen Urlaub.
Die Nutzung der Küstentram ist zu empfehlen, da zuverlässig und preiswert.

Séjour très agréable
Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans un appartement moderne, propre et bien équipé, situé à 2 minutes de la plage. Une boulangerie, une boucherie, un supermarché et d'autres magasins sont situés à proximité de l'appartement. Le contact avec les propriétaires était très agréable. On reviendra sûrement !

Excellent !
Logement propre, bien équipé, à proximité de la plage et du centre. Convient très bien à un couple avec un ou deux enfant maximum.
Le seul point à prévoir est le parking, les places sont prisées mais la journée coûte que 7 euros.
Les propriétaires sont sympathiques, je recommande ce logement et je referai la même chose avec plaisir.

Nice, central appartement
It´s a really nice appartement in a good spot. Just 2 minutes to the beach and about 5 minutes to the centre of the city. Kusttram stops right in front of the house. Unfortunately there is no parking space included. There ARE free parking spaces but at the weekend it gets quite busy so parking takes a lot of time. Owners are really nice and always available by phone.
