This cosy holiday home enjoys a pleasant location just outside De Haan, within walking distance of the nearest supermarket. With comfortable bedrooms, a private terrace, and a communal garden with play equipment, it is the ideal place for a carefree holiday with friends and family. Children can safely play and cycle in the residential area, where a large sandbox and green square provide extra fun. Two private parking spaces, including one with a carport, are available at the house. De Haan, also called De Haan aan Zee, is one of the most charming seaside resorts on the Belgian coast. Famous for its belle-époque architecture with elegant villas and stately mansions, the town radiates nostalgic charm. Stroll through its atmospheric streets, relax in the beautiful La Potinière park, or enjoy the wide sandy beaches and dunes perfect for walking, playing, and sunbathing. After a day outdoors, the open-plan kitchen allows you to prepare your favourite dishes at leisure, while the cosy living room with TV and seating area invites you to unwind with a drink in the evening. This holiday home combines comfort, family-friendly surroundings, and proximity to the sea, making it an excellent base for a relaxing coastal escape. A security deposit of EUR 255,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
Reservations for groups of persons under 21 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged
