Penthouse Paradise~deluxe Oceanfront 2 bedroom 2 bathroom w/pool & tiki bar

  • Whether you're planning a family vacation, couples' getaway, or beach retreat w/ friends, this beautiful penthouse offers the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, & unbeatable oceanfront views in the heart of Daytona Beach.
    This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests & features king bed in primary suite, two queen beds in guest bedroom, & queen sleeper sofa in living room. Fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. Oceanfront pool and poolside tiki bar with great food and drink specials.
    King master, 2 queen guest bedroom and queen sleeper sofa in livong room.
    Unit is 9th floor penthouse.
    Guests will have access to the resort amenities. You will need to stop at the front desk kiosk to pay the resort fee of $10/day for a parking pass to avoid being towed.

    We are located 6 miles (20 minutes) from Daytona Speedway and Int'l Airport, and hour and half from Orlando's Int'l Airport, 2 hours from Disney. Head north an hour on A1A for a beautiful scenic drive to historic Saint Augustine. Go south an hour and you can explore Cape Canaveral.

    Ponce Inlet is another quaint place to visit and is just south on A1A about 20 minutes. Explore the lighthouse, dine on the water, or charter your our fishing excursion!

    New Smyrna beach is another gem located about 30 minutes south. Lots of art shops, great cuisine, spectacular beaches and a hoppin night life! Flagler Ave has everything for everyone!

    If you love hiking we have some of the most beautiful parks around! As you head north towards Saint Augustine on A1A you'll pass Washington Oaks Gardens State Park. 425 acres of coastal scenery, multiple trails to explore gardens, rock formations on the beach, bike trails, fishing, lots of bird and wildlife, or enjoy lunch under majestic oak trees or in the covered pavilion with grills located throughout the picnic area.

    The great thing about Florida, you can explore lots of different places all in a days journey!

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Super spacious!!! And the view is amazing. Be sure to bring your binoculars to maybe spot sea life. My husband is in a wheel chair and there was plenty of room for him to get around. The communication with the host was super timely. Although I didn’t need her for anything, but prior to us checking, she as spot on. The only thing I would tell you is to bring your own seasonings and a chair for the beach. Although the city sets up chairs and umbrella and for a small cost, you rent them for the whole day. It was perfect! I would stay here again 100%
