Ocean-views from your floor to ceiling glass windows. Walk out to an outside courtyard that overlooks the pool & beach from your room. The courtyard is great to relaxin the lingers, eat at the picnic tables, or watch the summer fireworks over the ocean.

Wash dishes/appliances and take trash to dumpster on level 1 of parking garage. We have never had bugs and do not want them.
Put all used linen in the bathtub before checking out. Towels for inside use only. Fees apply for lost/damage (stained) towels/linen
Wash sand off items and self before entering the room. Showers at the beach / pool entrance.

Great host. Convenient location. Terrific base of operations. Communication with the host was superb, accurate listing. Access the pool, beach and everything on A1A couldn’t have been easier. My wife and I were very thankful for this studio. Ashely is a great communicator and super kind.

A hidden Jewel

The room was quaint. Private entrance to Sun Deck and beach access. Everything provided down to full bottles of hair care and sanitation products. 24hr mini mart directly across the way. Host was amazing in communicating and even had a bottle of champagne waiting because I informed her it was my anniversary.

Simple and Easy

The description of this property was on point, nothing fancy but exactly what we needed. Located just a couple miles from downtown area where we were attending the NDA finals. It was perfect distance away from the hustle and bustle of the area but walking distance to some local breakfast places. The lobby remodel was very nice and the tiki hut by the pool was convenient. The beach is great there and just steps away from the building. Parking was a piece of cake! We would definitely stay here again and Ashley was a dream to work with, checking in with us to throughout our stay to make sure everything was good for our visit.
