We are located ON the beach. From your room to the pool 10 steps; to the beach 20 steps.

Ocean-views from your floor to ceiling glass windows. Walk out of your room to an outside courtyard that overlooks the pool & beach. The courtyard is a great place to eat on the picnic tables, relax in the sun loungers, or enjoy the summer fireworks off the pier over the ocean.

Come stay with us on the beach! We are local owners that live about 15-20 minutes away conveniently but you will have 100% privacy as we are very busy with our foster and adoptive children and community.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Return parking pass
Clean and put away all dishes and appliances used
Put all dirty linen in the Tupperware bin in the bathroom. Leave the pillows and comforters on the bed(s)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Wash dishes/appliances and take trash to dumpster on level 1 of parking garage. We have never had bugs and do not want them.
Do not take any items outside including towels - fees apply for lost/damaged (stained) towels/linen
Wash sand off any items / self before coming inside - there are showers at the beach / pool entrance
