"Stayed on May 11th and 12th. Only one elevator worked and room was on the 10th floor. Waited too long for elevator access. Left room on Tuesday, May 12th at 9am and returned after 6 pm. No housekeeping service was conducted on room, spoke to front desk who stated mustve been a slip up, but housekeeping was done for the day. Did not provide any assistance, ie: I can get you clean towels if you like. Due to rain, water was pooled in front of my room door in a puddle from Tuesday through Wednesday morning when I checked out. Was charge a higher rate for my stay that what I booked on Expedia."

"It fit our group of 3 perfect. We enjoyed hanging out at the tiki bar and enjoyed the sunset. Easy walk to the beach and also has a rinse tower on their property. The only thing we didn't get to try was their homemade donuts in the morning as our schedule was mostly sleeping in. "

"We enjoyed our stay very much! We would definitely stay here again. Michelle, David, Jojo and Clinton were fantastic! They made the experience so much better! Only complaint is the food at the restaurant was not fantastic. Spa was great as well. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend!!!"

"Resturant was ok. A little pricey for what it was. Most of the resturant staff was not the friendliest, or attentive. Hotel and room were very clean, and well maintained. AC worked fantasticly. Towels and washcloths not the softest in the world. Didn't feel good on sun kissed skin. All in all, I would stay again just for the cleanliness and AC. Great Hotel overall. "

"No one on staff 24 hours. My room door was open when I came late at night. There were crumbs on the floor and bugs and I didn’t bring any food. My door had a piece missing and you could see light thru it. The walls had spackle on them but no paint. For $225 a night I would never stay there again. "
