This Beautiful Two-bedroom Two-Bathroom condominium is an Ocean Front with an unobstructed view of the Atlantic Ocean from the Balcony, features Brand NEW KING Size bed and mattress in the large bedroom, and 2 Brand new QUEEN Size beds in the second bedroom with its own kitchenette as well as NEW QUEEN size sofa bed in the living room, the 2 kitchens has all you need to cook including dishes and utensils, stove, refrigerator with an ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and blender. Flat screen TV with premium HD cable in both the living and bedroom. Throughout the resort you can enjoy the free high speed wireless internet. This unit also comes equipped with a washer and dryer as well central Air Conditioning.

Nice property, some minor annoyances

Overall, we felt the property was very clean, and surprisingly quiet, from noise inside and out. Quick response to a couple of minor issues on check-in. The staff was great. The property did have some minor annoyances that I will list and recommend the manager look into; 1. The main bath had a shower with a continuous drip already notified management during our stay. 2. Mentioning the showers, there was no hot water in the morning, the rest of the day was only hot scalding water. very weird. 3. No shampoo supplied at all. Lots of conditioner, but zero shampoo 4. The property itself had a poor security presence around the pool. We tried to use the lazy river, and there were many unsupervised underage children, which presented a safety hazard to them. Security was visible, but ignored this situation that was breaking the posted rules.

Great property, bathroom did smell a bit like cigarette residue but otherwise pretty clean, the furniture is nice and comfortable.

Great Girls trip

Enjoyed a girls get away and enjoyed ourselves. The description of layout of rooms was a bit confusing as it can be 2 separate spaces for rent/or can be put together for 2 bedroom. If wanting lots of privacy from one bedroom to the other, this is a great choice.

Mixed Feelings

Just completed a three night stay with six people. Rented both units. First night the AC was not working. It was 89 outside. We were all miserable. Reached out to the owner and we’re told there was 24 hour management service. Then was called back and told it was only until 10pm so we needed to wait until the next day. Second issue, opened the pull out couch to find a dirty sock in the bed. Notified the owner and was told that the housekeeper admitted to “missing it” made us wonder what else hadn’t been cleaned Pros: location. -Right in the heart of everything and great views of the beach -comfortable beds and plenty of linens -owner is responsive Cons: -No oven, scissor or broom -stove is unbelievably slow. If you plan on cooking, add on 30 minutes to cook time -resort has a weird smell in hallway areas -anyone sleeping in the front bedroom with two queen beds bring earplugs. The road traffic is incredibly loud. -freezing cold pools, even the kiddie pool.
