It was clean and it was safe, bed was comfortable, tv was very good. The bad, cold. the heat didn't work, the frig compressor had a nasty hummmmm. Fix those 2 bads and it was excellent. but i can't sleep cold.

Im am requesting a refund, tv didnt work sheets had hair on them. Didn't have an available room for relocation. Had no tv staff tried to fix the problem and was unsuccessful. Over all i will never stay ar a extended stay again.

The hotel is fine if you are looking for a bed and bathroom. The staff at the front desk was very kind. The luggage cart had a worn out tire. The hallway smelled of weed, the room was very tired and smelled of cigarettes. The bed was comfortable. The room was not super clean, but was fine enough for my needs on my current budget. I felt safe but there was some yelling in a room near mine. There was also a side door that people put a rock in so it does not lock. I removed the rock, but this has been done for so long the door does not lock anymore unless you slam it, which no one was doing.

Toilet would not flush, bed resembled an Army cot and the mattress ( I use that term loosely) was wrapped in a vinyl plastic. I have never been to prison but this is probably close for $100 a night.

Not the best, not the worst as far as the building itself but the staff was super friendly and I stayed there for 8 days and it worked out fine. The beds were clean and comfortable and I never saw any bugs at all so I was totally satisfied. I loved that I could leave the window open and leave the bathroom fan on for fresh air all the time.

We found a cockroach, the sheets had hair on them . The room had an Ugly smell, and the bathroom door didn’t lock it even had a hole in it someone punch the door. Bad room aspect and cleanliness. We know it’s an extended stay not a hilton but at least a clean room for what you’re paying would be nice.

Team members make the stay
What a joy to meet such happy team members. We were checked in by the friendliest woman and I am sorry to say I don’t remember her name. Maybe Latrice? Checked in on 1/25 around 8 pm right before the family from Brazil. The room is well appointed in the kitchenette and very clean. It just needs updating and remodeling to bring it to today’s standards but that does not hinder its functionality. We had an issue with the shower and tv( our user error) and the maintenance manager( new in December ) came right up and fixed the leak in the shower and showed us how to use the remote . He was as nice as can be and so pleasant and helpful. He even wished us a great day when we encountered him outside on our way to the Rolex 24.So wonderful!!! They can’t help that former guests smoked and no matter what you can’t get that smell out. Shameful how guests treat a property that is not theirs. Wood spring should know how happy their team is and how they make the stay at a place that needs more corporate support to renovate.

Spider in my room. Air conditioning broke on my last night and was extremely loud. Floors were disgusting. Could tell the room wasnt cleaned due to residue on walls and fixtures. Super loud hallways, can hear everything. I don’t usually leave reviews but this one was rough.

Our first room smelt like dog. The front desk individual was very polite and provided us another room. This room still had a smell but not neat as bad. After being in there for a few hours we did have roaches climbing up a wall. Would not recommend!

The bed was not even queen size, it was full size. The smell of smoke and dirt could be smelled from the hallways and inside the room. Although the bedroom and bathroom were clean, the A/C did not even cool enough and was loud. The night shift front desk person was not friendly and had a very cold attitude. Not something you want to see after a long drive. I has also asked for tooth paste and they did not have. Their vending machines we disconnected and looked nasty.

This is the worst stay that I have ever had. The rooms were obviously uncleaned and the staff was horrendous. After cleaning up our own room and placing all trash bags inside a large trash bag outside our door during housekeeping, we came back to find that our trash had been REPLACED inside our room. Unacceptable. We decided to leave a full day early because of the treatment and conditions.

Only one word - nasty! There were blood stains on the floor and walls, no pillows on the bed. God only knows what was smeared in the shower… I couldn’t spend the night and checked in to a nicer hotel.

This hotel is really an apartment building which makes sense as it is an extended stay property. There are no amenities besides some vending machines. No coffee machines or coffee available. The price for 1 night is way too expensive for what is offered. The beds are more like cots. The floors in the room and the hallways are super filthy. Bedding towels and surfaces were clean. Staff was friendly but we did have to wait for someone to show up to check in. Maybe they need more staff and to accommodate guests. I would not stay here again.

Front desk lady was very helpful and accommodating but the hotel was nasty hallways smells like a cigarette factory the rooms smelled liked old unwashed linen. The first room I checked into the tv didn’t work looks like it fell in the floor and the screen was damaged so the front desk rep accommodated to a new room and the tv also didn’t work. That was my sign to get a refund and go elsewhere also there is no ice machine no breakfast at all no amenities just a terrible experience. Would not recommend

No one there to check me in at 6:30 pm. Had to go to my engagement without a chance to change clothing and freshen up. When I did get checked in upon my return, the room had been smoked in and the smoke detector was chirping from dead battery. Had to go back down to the desk, again, to get room changed as that room had no phone. Did get new room, but the phone did not work and the TV did not work. Next morning, the desk staff said none of the phone worked and the TVs just do that (message on screen says inclement weather, even though the weather was clear and sunny). They offered no solutions and didn't seem to really care. After returning to the hotel the next evening, my key card did not work. Desk staff essentially blamed me but did fix the problem after another aggravating trip down to the desk. I suggest staying somewhere else. This place is very run down, shabby and understaffed. Total thumbs down,.
