Nightmare experience
Worst experience ever at a rental property. We show up to find other guest in our confirmed room, the host never answered our calls or text. We were finally able to get in touch with Vrbo and the explained there is nothing they can do to help. After 2hours of being put on hold and calling the host without any response from Michelle we found a nearby hotel for half the price and also the hotel was much nicer and the staff was very friendly. I recommend to stay at the holiday inn resort. With the awful host we still don’t know how or when we are getting our refund.

Great views
My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The view was spectacular. This unit does not match the exterior building, so much so that we thought we were at the wrong location. Once we made our way into the room, that initial anxiety wore off. We will definitely return.
