Out of all the vacation rentals I’ve stayed in with my family we was never welcomed, treated and greeted the way we’re here. Kenneth met us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the house explaining the history. Each room had a story. We appreciated this. They accommodated our every need including late check out because we were in town for a cheer competition and next day award ceremony. When we come to Daytona again this is our place to go.

Great property

This property was great located, a couple of minuted away from the speedway and close to main street. I got to the property and met with the property manager (Kenn), he was great super friendly and great to $- us, and quick check in. The property was clean and neat, nad everything in the description was 100% accurate. My next trips bakc to Daytona I will definetely stay at this property. Thank you for everything

What a Gem..

My family and I didn’t know what we had in store by renting a home in Daytona Beach. We were amazed and surprised for such beautiful accommodations. Although each room was unique with historic artifacts, it was livable and not a distraction for the kids that visited. Each room has its own theme and teaches many historical facts than we’d known as natives. Just having friends over was a good time, because of the culture and theme of the property. The home is beautiful, rooms are clean and spacious, and time was too short.

Amazing!

We rented out the whole house! It was adults and kids in town for volleyball tournament at the ocean center! Rooms and property were perfect. We could spread out and we really enjoyed the outdoor area! Kenneth, the host, was wonderful. He gave a tour of the house which he goes over the history of the house and each room has a dedicated historical theme! We will definitely be back!

Hunt House This is a beautiful house in a lovely area right in Daytona Beach. Spacious and cozy, with a comfortable beds, nice little kitchen, and cozy sitting area. Definitely highly recommended! Just as described, in a friendly residential neighborhood very near to Daytona Beach areas. The apartment was amazing and all the art decor just eclectic and artistic with such interesting history behind each room of the Hunt House, but it has all the necessities for a few nights for people (bed, mini-fridge, hot shower, hair dryer, etc.) The neighborhood is nice, and easy walking distance to both the Beach and local amenities. We highly recommend this Hunt House to those seeking a good value apartment in Daytona and listed as a Historic Landmark. Thank You Hunt House for making our stay comfortable, clean and extremely hospitable.

Wonderful house full of history and immaculately kept!

We stayed at Kenneth’s property for a weekend with friends and family. Property is more beautiful than the photos and Kenneth was very gracious about showing us around before we checked in. The house is very close to dining and the beach. We had bad weather so ended up spending most of our weekend in the house and it was perfect! The backyard was great for hanging out with friends and the foosball table upstairs kept everyone entertained. The cozy living room was perfect for a karaoke night (we connected our phones to the smart tv). The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. They provide plenty of linens for every bed and extra towels in each bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates glassware silverware and even some pots and pans. Overall we had an excellent stay and would definitely recommend this house if you’re staying in Daytona!
