  • "Coconut Cabana" You do not want to miss out on this fantastic rental! 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom house located in the heart of NSB, a short walk to the beach and convenient to everything you might need or want throughout your vacation! The famous Flagler Ave is less than 2 miles where you can enjoy shopping, dining and entertainment for the whole family!

    This lovely home is tastefully decorated in a mid-century modern beach theme with gleaming terrazzo floors and has all you need to enjoy your home away from home! The kitchen is bright and modern and it's large island, made of reclaimed wood is its own piece of beach art in the heart of the house. The dining area has a fun, modern table and there are 2 bar stools at the island for extra seating. The living room is extremely comfortable with a new sectional so everyone can kick back and enjoy a movie on one of the home's 3 smart TVs after a long day in the sun at our amazing beach. There is also a second living space in the Florida room with its own independent wall A/C unit where you and/or the kids can have space away to do your own thing. The master bedroom has a new California king size bed, and there's a queen bed in the bright 2nd bedroom. Washer and dryer are here for your convenience. The fenced in yard is great for cooking out, and relaxing! Enjoy the beach bikes included. Reach out to book your next vacation rental in NSB! This is a non-smoking home.

This the second time we were fortunate enough to have stayed at coconut cabana.it truly is a paradise. Easy walk to the beach. Great neighborhood, everything is walking distance from house. Owners have put a personal touch on everything in the house to make it feel like home. Hardest part was having to leave this beautiful bit of heaven.

The home truly had everything we needed for our 3.5 month stay. We enjoyed both the interior and the backyard. On cool Jan and Feb days the fence blocked the wind and you could sit and enjoy the sun and landscaping. We would have rebooked if it was available. The realtor and owner were responsive to any questions or concerns we had.

Perfect Vacation Rental!

My family and I stayed here for 4 weeks and loved every minute of the home and NSB area. Plenty of great restaurants nearby and the beach was only a 5 minute walk away. Extremely clean and had everything we needed. The beach wagon/umbrella/chairs were an added perk!

so much more than advertised.from the moment my wife walked thru the front door i knew we had made the right choice.the owners thought of everything.every little item that you may have forgotten to bring the owners have here.the house was beautiful.the yard was perfect for relaxing in the sun.they even supplied bicycles and a wagon with chairs for your days at the beach.which is only a short walk to the end of the street.the neighborhood is fantastic.we come from little river town in midwest and the neighbors make you feel right at home.we would rate this experiance a 10 out of 10. we will definitly try to get this rental next year.
