Amazing Beach House New Smyrna. beach, florida

This property is 200 feet from the ocean and 50 feet from the river. It has an open kitchen/living room It is the upstairs of a two story house and has wrap around covered decks. This property is also on a non drive beach and very pristine! All rooms have ceiling fans and wood/tile floors.
You can fish in the river or we call it the inner coastal or swim in the ocean. Our small town has incredible seafood, Thai, Italian restaurants.
The master bedroom has a king bed and second bedroom has a queen.

A little piece of Heaven!

Cute, clean beach 2b2b. Well stocked with everything you need. Beds very comfortable. Nice quiet neighborhood. Close to beach and other activities. Look forward to visiting again!

Sweet Winter Escape

This is a great beach rental. 1 minute to toes in the sand on the Atlantic. Beach very quiet, beautiful with plenty of shells to collect. House is dated but all that you need works great, beds comfortable and good layout for the 2 beds/baths. Cindy was great and kept in touch to make sure all was good and to see if you needed anything.

Our stay experience was one, as with anywhere one stays, of strengths and weaknesses.

Nice neighbors and easy access to a beach great for walking. We were not comfortable swimming in the ocean there, due primarily to rip tides. Since there was no pool and there were other inconveniences we experienced like an elderly relative unwilling to stay with us due to the stairway railing and a malfunctioning appliance, we will not be returning.

The place was very open and spacious. Beds very comfortable owners very helpful when needed, unfortunately not very clean and I had to clean a good bit. Food left in fridge and cupboards which shouldn’t of been there if renting your property for guests. Also should get cable tv for guests
