Welcome to our newly updated bungalow. This beautiful home is located in Historic Linden Heights near Kettering and Downtown Dayton. Our two bedroom/1 bathroom home is cozy and offers many amenities. This beautiful home provides new linens, WIF, TV’s, and spacious kitchen and living room. Close to highway access, close to WPAFB, AF Museum, University of Dayton, MV Hospital, WSU. Property was clean, beds comfortable, and has a kitchen furnished with coffee, coffee maker, stove, microwave, full size fridge, dishwasher and a generous set of dishes and cookware. Basement had like new washer and dryer. The air conditioning worked well. Televisions in both bedrooms and living room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great property just as advertised

Quiet neighborhood that was easily accessible from local freeway. Everything we needed was in the house. Far better and cheaper stay than any hotel would have been for us and our 8 year old grandson.
