The guys at the front desk were very nice. That was the only positive about this experience! Where to start... Walked into room and it smelled nasty and unclean. The lamp did not turn on. It had to be plugged into the wall and unplugged nightly because the twist switch was broken. Bottom sheets had hair and black stuff on them where they must not have been changed. Shower did not drain. Mold on walls by toilet. No TV remote. Pool ladder steps broken. Door to restroom in pool room that and would not shut. Only two overhead lights worked in pool room. There were left over coffee grounds in room coffee pot. Outlet at sink did not work. There was no room service you had to ask for linens each night and they never had enough. First night the shower water was luke warm at best. There was no microwave in room that was listed in amenities for the room. Walls are very thin. The outside back door card reader was broken. The breakfasts were definitely not the full spread of typical choice motels. And this was for a $145 a night. A new room was asked for and was told none available.

This was disappointing. Pictures did not match reality. Room smelled smoky. Carpets had large black stains on either side of the bed. Desk chair was peeling. Lampshades were broken. Closet had no doors. We will not pick a Quality Inn in the future.

Not much warm water for showering. No elevator access for upper floors. Staff very friendly and helpfull. Rooms very nice and comfortable.

Nice and quiet, clean and comfortable. It's difficult to get warm water on the second floor. I don't know if they are having a heater problem but it's been lukewarm shower for three days.
