ESPN Bass Ternamant Lake

Welcome to our lake house! This house is located directly in the Cove of Lake Chickamauga in Dayton, TN. It is located less than 1.5 miles from local Fraiser Park public boat launch & Blue water RV Resorts. You're able to hear live bands in the summer while enjoying sitting on the private deck of Main home. This property has a total of 4 individual units. This unit is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom with a main party deck and a private balcony deck off master bedroom. There is a fire pit to enjoy those summer nights with friends and family. This house can currently sleep up to 10 people. This unit has been undergoing extensive renovations, and the Sun room is currently not accessible due to renovation, but soon, we will have a game room with an additional sleeping area. The exterior of the home still has some renovations being completed, but not while you're on your vacation! Come and enjoy a little slice of heaven. TVA and Traveling nurses are welcome for longer stays at discounted rates. (Some restrictions may apply). Recently added Kayak's to rent to enhance your vacation
