Charming 1-bedroom apartment in peaceful Dayton with WiFi, AC.

  • Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Basement space with separate entrance, we still live on the main floor but there is limited interaction. Beautiful property surrounded by large trees, and beautiful deer roaming around. Located less than seven minutes from I-60, I-27, downtown, lake access, groceries, shopping and dining. Level 2 EV charging available on property, and fast charger located at the Welcome Center near downtown.

Basement apartment very tastefully done. Perfect for our weekend stay visiting relatives. Several deer came by every morning from the wooded area. Would definitely stay there again.
