"The room and beds were clean and comfortable. However the room door didn't close and latch on it's own weight and had to be pushed or pulled closed. It took a very long time to get hot water for a shower. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked with general choices. Scrambled eggs, sausage, waffle maker, toast, bagels, cereal were all available and I have to say the coffee was delicious. The hotel was clean the staff I encountered were nice and helpful the parking and location was convenient."

"The room was clean. The young man at the check-in desk was very pleasant and welcoming. The breakfast was a little underwhelming (runny eggs and the sausage didn't look cooked through), but there was a waffle maker, cereal, and yogurt."

"Staff is friendly. Property beautiful. The room I stayed in is pretty clean. The sheet aren’t too comfortable, only because it wasn’t smooth it has like bumps like old sheets on it… but I was able to use the other sheet before the comforter on top of it so I don’t feel all those bumps… I checked in at like almost 2am so I didn’t want to wait for someone to come change it.. but I was ok. The fridge doesn’t have water or beverage, but that’s understandable. The iron wasn’t working properly..I added water and it was leaking… but it work after I drained the water lol. I give it 5 stars because I mean overall it was nice it not too bad and the breakfast was really good!"

" It smelled so good coming in the main doors and in our room, everything was very clean, staff was so kind and helpful. The breakfast selection was wonderful. Great bed and shower, plenty of towels. Will definitely stay here again!!"

"First night was awful. Guests in room above us were loud for hours, stomping and a woman screaming. I tried to call the desk however the phone in the room was disconnected. Trains ran nearby all night with whistles blaring. Spoke to the morning staff only to be told I should have left my room and walked to the lobby. The second night was not much better with guests in the next room partying it up. We left that morning and did not stay the last night. We went to another hotel. "

"We were on our way to an important meeting, had a long day of travel, and had an hour to get ready. When the guy showed up abot 20 minutes later, he told us that they did not have a handicapped 2 bed room. He wanted to give us a king room. I told him no, that I had made specific reservations for specific reasons. Without saying a word to us, he went in the back, about five minutes later he came out and walked right past us, down the hall, and got into the elevator. He did not say a word to us about where he was going or what he was doing. At that point we talked about just leaving.We decided that we would take turns, waiting for him, while the other changed in the restroom in the lobby. He was once again gone for around 25 minutes. We were just about to put our luggage back in the car and leave when he walked past us without saying a word again. I said to my friend that this is just unacceptable, and I think he heard me because then he walk over to the snack bar, grab two candy bars and two bags of chips and two waters and stick them in a gift bag. I was finishing putting on my shoes and getting ready to walk out the door, he called me over and said, your room is ready as if nothing had happened. At this point I was mad. They did not clean our room, we had to ask for towels. The pool had only 1 towel. The breakfast lady acted inconvenienced toward us. The bright spot was a young man named Cole. He went above and beyond to take care of our special needs."
