Featuring a wraparound veranda and a magnificent rear garden and entertaining deck.

Sunshine House has 4 bedrooms, one king, two queens and a double bedroom. The king bed can be split into two singles on request. The master has an ensuite and a spa bath for two. A brand-new bathroom with deep soak bath, walk in shower and a European laundry. There is hydronic heating in all the rooms.

Walk through to the open plan kitchen dining area with wood fire and lots of space to spread out and enjoy this expansive room. The French doors open out to the beautiful rear garden with its views to Wombat Hill. Sunshine house is dog friendly with a secure yard
