Set behind a grand hedge Sunshine House is a beautiful 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom country home that retains a nod to the past but has been beautifully refurbished and restyled to be the magnificent country retreat it is today.

Featuring a wraparound veranda and a magnificent rear garden and entertaining deck.

Sunshine House has 4 bedrooms, one king, two queens and a double bedroom. The king bed can be split into two singles on request. The master has an ensuite and a spa bath for two. A brand-new bathroom with deep soak bath, walk in shower and a European laundry. There is hydronic heating in all the rooms.

Walk through to the open plan kitchen dining area with wood fire and lots of space to spread out and enjoy this expansive room. The French doors open out to the beautiful rear garden with its views to Wombat Hill. Sunshine house is dog friendly with a secure yard. EV charging station.

Sunshine House is walking distance to the iconic Farmers Arms Hotel, Wombat Hill and Daylesford Sunday market and is bound to be your new go to property for relaxation in Daylesford.

Perfect stay for friends & pups

The property was perfect for friends coming together, enjoying cold nights in front of the fire and sunny days on the deck. Luvly gardens for the pups to explore and spacious for dining in and lounging on the couch.
