Located a mere 5-minute walk to the heart of town, Hambleden is a great home to base yourself in to enjoy the region.

With a relaxed modern Scandinavian feel, the property immediately feels like a home away from home. Two indoor fireplaces create warmth and invite you to stop, relax and reflect. Winters spent in the beautiful living room with the wood fire roaring and a good movie are dreamy. The large linen lounges can be used for quiet reading times or getting together over a fun game of charades! Original artwork by Matt Martino, photographic prints by Kara Rosenlun, a mixture of antiques and linen upholstered furniture, handmade vintage afghan rugs, games, CD collection, and art supplies create an intimate space.

Dark and moody, the kitchen and meals area is soothing and functional. A large country-style freestanding oven and gas cooktop is perfect for preparing any meal for yourself or a big group. Dinner parties will be memorable by the exquisite fireplace. The kitchen and dining spaces look out and flow onto the spectacular landscaped garden.

An impressive built-in stone BBQ and an outdoor-entertaining area is the ideal outdoor location. Stone walls in the garden and the outdoor fire accentuate the natural country feel. Easy access off the dining area for indoor/outdoor entertaining and enjoying those balmy summer evenings. Outdoor blankets and cushions are provided for you to enjoy the outdoor space in front of the open fireplace in winter or lazing under the trees in warmer months. The front verandah is a great place to settle for coffee in the mornings while watching Daylesford go by.

A large bath and shower feature in the ensuite will help soothe those muscles and minds after exploring, indulging, and pampering. Robert Gordon ceramic lights and handmade Moroccan tiles in bathrooms create a chic bathing experience.
