Dream house
What can I say, Dimitra and her family have truly created a beautiful property. From the thoughtfully installed Spa to the natural light streaming through all the windows, to the kookaburra that would visit every day. Thank you Dimitra for hosting us, besides a case of anaphylaxis on the sunday we had such a beautiful weekend. Would recommend this place in a heartbeat.

Fantastic property
Very clean, spacious, and beautifully presented house in a quiet location. Loved sitting out on the deck looking at the views, and particularly enjoyed our daily afternoon visits from a cheeky little Kookaburra. Communication with the host was also excellent.

Great family escape
We stayed at this beautiful house over the school holidays, beautiful property very clean and definitely exceeded our expectations. Close to all the coffee shops, restaurants and all the attractions Daylesford has to offer. Great playground for kids & a hot tub for the adults 😉 We were greeted by gorgeous kookaburras and lots of kangaroos at sunrise and close to sunset. Would highly recommend

Stunning property and views
My experience with Stayz was a disaster and will be in no hurry to book with them again The owner, however was quick to reply when stayz didnt allow communication. Lovely decor and ambiance long porch to sit outside overlooking country and lake. Has kangaroos in the back paddock and ducks roaming. All bedrooms are modern and well looked after comfortable beds with fresh clean linen. Bathrooms clean and modern Kitchen well stocked with cutlery and crockery and easy set up with open plan living spaces. Spa is the cherry on top on the porch overlooking the glorious green. Ready for you to step in and relax Second stay here and glad we came back Plenty to see and do around Daylesford and Hepburn Shops a long walk but walkable if you enjoy walking. Will be back again no doubt Thank you

Peacefully perfect
From the moment we arrived driving down the driveway we felt relaxed. We spent so much time on the deck enjoying the quiet serenity, it was exactly what we needed! Beds were comfy, none of us wanted to get up early from them. We would definitely stay here again!

A great stay and wonderful host
The property was really nice, well designed and you get a private playground for the children to enjoy. The visits from the wild kangaroos were a plus and the spa hot tub was just amazing to relax in. The beds are just so comfy! Gas fireplace kept us all toasty during this winter trip. And the furnishing and deco touches made it extra cosy. Though not explicitly mentioned, we found some provisions lacking, so for families booking this property please take note and plan ahead. We had to BYO hairdryer, shampoo/conditioner, shower gel. If planning to cook, only salt, pepper and canola spray could be found. The BBQ cooking plates were not installed and appeared rusted so we had to complete the cooking with the oven and stove. Ants kept coming onto the kitchen countertop, so keep your food supplies sealed, in the fridge or on the dining table away from their hunting spot. Feedback was also given the the host on the dishwasher tablets provided were ineffective to use in a machine that utilises only powder. So we had to buy our own from the Coles nearby. The host appreciated this feedback, so it will likely be resolved moving forward. Overall a really good experience in this property. Thank you Dimitra.

There are 2 hairdryers provided in the bathrooms, l am not sure why you were unable to locate them. We only provide soap and a shower cap for guest and do not provide shampoo/ conditioner as a provision which is not included in our property description. The bbq plates have been replaced as they were unused for a period of time and rusted. We do get ants visiting unfortunately and use baits all the time. New baits have been applied. It is always best to keep all food adequately covered regardless, as for the cooking staples we only provide the salt, pepper and canola oil as you have mentioned as well as coffee, tea & sugar. We also now provide granule dishwasher power for a better cleaning result. Once again thank you for all the feedback. Dimitra

This property was stunning, the views were beautiful, the house was immaculate, we arrived late afternoon and the house was toasty warm and ready for us, some parts of the floor were still damp so it had been freshly mopped before we arrived. The beds were really comfy, the hot tub was delightful. There was nothing we could fault. We will be back!

Fantastic stay. Awesome experience
The property was very central and beautiful. Jacuzzi was amazing. It was great to see a clan of kangaroos passing by in the morning and evening. Landlord was great to deal with and responsive. Honestly, an amazing stay. I’ve recommended friends to stay here.

A very clean property, located at a quiet and friendly court. The SPA is great even on colder days and the playground is an added bonus. We love to watch the mob of kangaroos that visits at dusk! What a lovely stay.

Ultra clean, incredibly well serviced with plenty of clean towels and consumables made for a very comfortable stay. The property is clutter free, but has plenty to do for families. Close to the town centre, in a very quiet pocket of the country. Wonderful host, excellent communication and easy check in. Highly recommended.

Ladies relaxing getaway
Four of us stayed her last weekend for a relaxing stay. It was horrible weather but in this gorgeous home we didn’t notice one bit. The gas log fire was on for our arrival after work. The SoA was beautiful on the deck. The scenery and walks so relaxing. The house is very private too. Cannot fault it, nor the communication from the owner. Wonderful, thank you!

A lovely house to enjoy with friends. We stayed 3 nights with our 1yr old and 5yr old, while our friends has a 2yr old and 5mnth old. It was an excellent choice. Big open spaces, no clutter, well equip kitchen, super comfortable beds. The playground and open field was a huge bonus. I look forward to staying again. Thanks.

Stunning
The property is amazing, it is kept well and the house is very clean. It had all the usual amenities plus more! We were very comfortable during our stay with super comfy couches and the beds were great even more so. Every room had a tv, which was great for keeping the kids busy in the mornings and at night. We loved watching the kangaroos each morning hopping by and the local birds who would come to say hi too. Would definitely recommend to families or couples. The property is very quiet and relaxing

Perfect family weekend
Loved this property. It had everything for a perfect family getaway. My toddler loved the playground and the visiting kangaroos. The host provides everything to make your stay easy. It's the little things that made our stay amazing. The DVD player, the TV's in the bedrooms, the cooking utensils and pots and pans.

Perfect Property
We all loved this house, modern, decorated nicely, had everything we needed. Beds are comfortable and have good linen on them. Towels are big and soft. We will be staying again.

Perfect private getaway
We absolutely loved this place; perfect for a small group or a small family. We saw kangaroos grazing all throughout our stay, utilised the well equipped kitchen heaps, and the jacuzzi was just perfect. Our stay went too quick!

Beautiful stay in well appointed home amongst the trees
Beautifully appointed home, spotlessly clean, lovely linen with comfy beds and all the kitchen appliances, crockery etc you need. Feels very secluded even though it is very close to the town centre. Great view from the spa. The playground, ducks , horses and the kangaroos who come in at night also make it a great stay for kids.

Would Recommend!
A nice little getaway in Daylesford. Just outside of the town so the location is perfect, nice and quiet but you're still able to walk to the main street. Would recommend it to anyone who's after a relaxing country retreat.

Didn’t want to leave
I will treasure the memories we made at Alyonah, it was a beautiful three days and a long awaited break for my husband and I, and our four kids aged 3-8. Thank you to hosts, spa, fireplace and grazing kangaroos all adding to the restful feel of the place, beds were comfortable, place was so clean- just all round lovely and we didn’t need to leave the property. Playground a massive bonus for us!

Beautiful Family Holiday
We (family with 3 yr old and 5 yr old) stayed for a long weekend. Check in was straight forward with great information provided on things to do, places to eat and what wildlife we might encounter. House was immaculate and as shown on the internet. Set up well for young children (plastic cutlery and plates bowls etc, books and games). Only downside for a family would be there is no bath. We worked around this and kids had some fun in the shower! Playground and spa were great fun for us all and sitting in the spa and watching the kangaroos was very special. Overall a fantastic stay in a warm and cosy property. We would love to return in the spring! Thanks for having us
