"I had booked two separate rooms for two adjacent nights due to last minute arrangements. The front desk staff was very courteous, and helped arranged for our room to stay the same for the 2nd night with only a small charge for the room type."

"The room was nice very clean but the bed was excellent soooo comfortable great bedding slept like a baby and really needed my sleep thank you!"

"I went through 2 rooms before settling on the 3rd. 1st one had dog urine on bedspread. 2nd rooms bathroom floor and carpet was wet. The gal checking me in was super rude but the morning gal was very friendly. I travel every week and would not stay here again. "

"Carmel corn found in pull out sofa. No hand soap in room. App with virtual room key didn’t work. Pool area was not like pictures(wall partition with construction on the other side), and frequently out of towels. Teenage boy's in pool and hot tub in their underwear, not bathing suits. Cat in room and hallway a few doors down from our room. To say we were disappointed is a huge understatement. "
