This peaceful neighborhood is just 8 minutes from the popular North Georgia Premium Outlets for shopping and dining. You're just 25 minutes from Dahlonega to enjoy wineries, breweries, hiking, waterfalls, old-town charm, and family fun!

Bring your boat and jet skis - you'll be just 5 minutes to War Hill Boat Launch. Don't forget your fishing poles, too!

Pool is heated March - November. It is NOT heated December, January, or February because the air temperature is too cold for the heater to work effectively. The hot tub/spa, however, is heated all year!

All Bedrooms are equipped with new Smart TV's and blackout drapes, all new mattresses, linens, and furnishings.

Stunning!!!
The house was perfect! Plenty of room for family and friends. Well stocked with everything we could possibly need. Beautiful decor, landscaping and the most amazing view of the lake. So many things to enjoy: pool, game room, spa, kayaking, fishing, etc. Very convenient to shopping, restaurants and lake activities. This place is a must visit!

Perfect lakeside retreat
We had a group of 7 adults getting together to celebrate a friend's upcoming marriage. Finding a house that will comfortably accommodate that many was tough, but this property fit the bill perfectly! The host was quick to answer all of our questions leading up to the check in date and we were thrilled once we got there. The house was extremely clean and is set up perfectly to enjoy indoor and outdoor spaces. Our group was especially fond of the game room, deck and boat dock areas. We rented a pontoon boat and being able to dock it at the house made getting onto the lake a breeze. The location on the lake is a bit of a boat ride to some of the restaurants and bars, but made for very quiet and peaceful mornings and evenings. The host was also quick to respond when we had questions about the operation of the hot tub. The kitchen is equipped very nicely for cooking, which we did a lot of. It had everything we needed to cook a variety of food for 7 hungry adults. The sharp knives were an added bonus that you don't often see in rental properties! The beds were very comfortable and although the twins took some getting used to, we all managed to sleep well. There are also several pull-out couches, but we did not need to use them. The house provided plenty of space for everyone to not feel crowded, or cramped. All in all, it was a great experience from start to finish. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a getaway at Lake Lanier. We will be back!

AMAZING
First all VRBO property owners should follow this example on how to describe a rental. You had everything listed so you knew exactly what you were getting. Second, amazing property and home. The view was amazing. Third, Kara was awesome. If I had a question (before the trip) she answered almost immediately. A property I would definitely recommend and come back to.

Gorgeous Getaway
We had an amazing time at this home. It was beautiful, pictures don’t do it justice. There is so much space for everyone to do their own activities and not be cramped for space. But also plenty, plenty of room for the whole group to do things together. The welcome gift was a special touch. Kara was very responsive to any questions we had. The house was well stocked with dishes and linens. We enjoyed all the amenities, the heated pool, hot tub, pool table, ping pong table, grill, fire pit, kayaks, dock, basically everything. Restaurants and shopping were very close by but when you were @ the house you felt like you were worlds away from town. So peaceful. Many sweet memories were made with friends and family. We will DEFINITELY be back. Recommend this home a thousand times over.

Everything was perfect
The pictures were spot on, Kara was amazing at responding to anything and so kind when I mentioned a child fell in the lake and we lost a chair. She was only concerned about our girl! The house is gorgeous and near everything! We thoroughly enjoyed our Spring break trip there and can't wait to go back sometime soon. Book it, you won't regret it! 💯

Wonderful house!
We had a group of age 50+ women for a reunion weekend. The house was PERFECT for us- plenty of space, the pool, the hot tub- all greatly enjoyed. We used the game room too since the weather didn’t cooperate for outdoor activities. We all loved it!!

The house of our dreams!
We had an excellent stay at Kara's house! The ad photos doesn't do the house justice, it's way more beautiful in person! It's well stocked for cooking all the meals you can imagine. The rooms and all spaces in this house are huge and comfortable, the decoration is lovely! The dock and kayaks were fun for the kids to fish and explore, even in winter. Kara was always fast to answer any questions before check-in and we really didn't need to contact her during our stay because the house had all we needed and everything ran smoothly! We are already dreaming on returning another time of the year to enjoy the pool and the lake a bit more. Thanks Kara for sharing your amazing house with us! We loved it! The Mottino's Family

Enjoyed the heated pool and hot tube in January!
Even though the weather in January was not great, we were still able to enjoy the heated pool and hot tube under roof. There was plenty to do inside playing games, ping pong and pool table. The house has plenty of room and very comfortable with everything you need. Early in the morning I saw a couple of deer walking across the yard to the lake! Loved it and hope to go back!
