Modern A frame cottage nestled in the North Ga Mountains with partial Lake view and private dock. Home feels far from city surrounded by trees and only five minutes away from shopping and food. This is a true A frame Loft home with lots of sunlight. It is three bedroom, 3 Bath home. Master Bed is located on the loft area with a sitting area, and private shower bath. Main level has the second bedroom with Queen size bed and shared combination tub/ shower bath room. Third bedroom located on Ground floor , with Shared Shower bath room. Ground Floor also has a Living area with Television and sofa and chairs and Ping Pong Table. It is a walk out to covered patio with a twin size bed swing, overlooking the fire pit and lake.
On the main level you can enjoy a cup a coffee and look out at the water or grill on our amazing Traeger electric grill and smoker. ******PLEASE EMAIL AHEAD IF YOU ARE PLANNING ON BRINGING OR RENTING A BOAT******************

Cozy Cottage

Cozy cottage with wonderful views. We were in town for a wedding so we were not at the property much but would definitely recommend. The house was clean and easily accessed from the main road. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Cabin on the lake

We stayed here for a family birthday weekend on the lake. I am a huge A frame fan, we loved the place. It was a great weekend getaway. I have saved it so that we can come back when the opportunity comes up.

Perfect weekend getaway!

We decided last minute to stay on Lake Lanier and take our boat, so this home was perfect. Quiet and so relaxing. The home had everything we needed and Tony was amazing. I would highly recommend this home for your next lake getaway.

Amazing Lake House

We stayed here for Labor Day weekend and it exceeded our expectations! It was equipped with everything we needed, the location was great, the house was beautiful and the owners were so responsive. We will be back for sure!

Amazing Lake House

This lake house is very modern, and clean, located on Lake Lanier, and has everything you would want in a get away with family or friends. The host is communicative and friendly and the neighbors are too. I highly recommend renting this lovely lake house!

Absolutely Peaceful

Absolute peace and quiet! That’s what we were looking for and found! Great location…close enough to everything but far enough for relaxing. We had a great time, enjoyed the fire pit, view from the deck and some time at the lake.

Adorable home…

This home was perfect for our little family of 4. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals and the house was spotless. We enjoyed the fire pit, sitting areas to read, grill and my kids loved the ping pong table. Very friendly Neighboor that gave us great restaurant recommendations and locations to see waterfalls in the mountains. We would definitely stay here again.

This charming a-frame is a wonderful getaway in the rolling hills of north Georgia. The quiet neighborhood offers pleasant walks with a dock and boat ramp close by. Deer frequently pass through the property and chipmunks are constant companions. Highly recommend

Absolutely Loved it !!

The cabin was absolutely beautiful. The furniture, the kitchen, the bedrooms were gorgeous. It had a fire pit that we sat around at night and loved it. During the day you could walk down to the lake. The house was so nice and we could have stayed there another week.

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL Home!

This an amazing home for your getaway. We were blown away by how stunning it was. The attention to every detail is apparent in each room. It is beautiful! We actually got married here ( tiny wedding) and though it was a small one, the home and property made it look and feel glamorous! Thank you for such a great getaway, it was truly a beautiful home! We will surely be back!

A Frame in D-Ville

My wife and I wanted to be in northern GA in the fall and luckily I had a business trip this past week allowing us to take the trip. It was the first time I’d been back to GA in 20 years and first time for my wife. I’d built up the hills and scenery for years. The house was amazing and the property was perfect. Thank you for making me look very smart. We loved the entire time.

Wonderful house and the nicest host!!!

Can't say enough great things about our stay! The house and property are fabulous - the house is very clean, decorated nicely, and has everything you need. The bed linens, towels, etc. are all new and clean. There are plenty of games, chairs, and "things to do" at this house. We ate outside both nights on the nice outdoor table and furniture and enjoyed the spacious deck. The dock was nice and we enjoyed floating in the lake during the day. The host, Tony, was also extremely accommodating and friendly. Great experience and can't recommend this house enough, we will be booking again next year!

Peace & Quiet

This was exactly as represented. There were no other requirements for this cabin to meet. It checked all the boxes. Great location on Lake Lanier, and a short drive to restuarants and shopping. We had a lot of rain over the weekend, and we wanted to make smores, but the firepit was drenched, so i asked Tony if it would be okay to build one inside, eventhough the fireppace hadn't been used in a while, and he responded kindly to let us utilize it. The smores turned out great, and it capped off a great weekend with my kids.

Perfect Relaxing Hideaway!

A friend and I rented this perfect little A-frame home for a relaxing gals weekend getaway. The house was perfectly situated between our other friends in Suwanee and Sautee with an easy drive to nearby wineries and the lovely town of Dahlonega. The home itself was well-appointed with a fully stocked kitchen, soaps and shampoos available in the bathrooms, detergent in the laundry area and plenty of room for each of us to have our own sleeping space. The living room was a comfortable hang-out space and even comes complete with a luxury addition of Scrabble. Us nerds loved this! Communication with the owner could not have been better. He answered questions quickly and was incredibly helpful. I highly recommend this lovely home!

This is an amazing home - a treat to stay in this A-frame that has been nicely renovated. The pros are many: * kitchen is well laid out and equipped with everything you'll need to cook delicious meals. (the house is very close to several grocery stores too) * large and modern (3!) restrooms make it easy for everybody to get ready. * beds are comfy and have all the linens you'll need. Bath linens in abundance. * huge patio areas on 2 levels of the home. * plenty of parkingSome "cons" or details to tend to: * the seating around the fire pit needs to be cleaned regularly. This is also the case with the seating on the upper deck. We used the swing but found it to have quite a bit of spider webs even with it being covered (the Jaro Spiders are all over GA now!) * the boat dock is not usable where it is situated when the lake is down. I imagine it's a functional dock if the lake is at full pool (it was down 4' and our boat couldn't make it to the dock - I appreciate the homeowner contacting me with this information well ahead of our trip!) * nothing to be done here, just keep in mind - but the house is sandwiched pretty close to the "neighbors" - one has a pool that is in poor shape and what looks like an abandoned boat. * for as well stocked as the kitchen is, it does need a few more dishtowels! ;) * air fresheners all got unplugged when we arrived - so many homes do this - they are just overpowering. * I'd kindly suggest a floor or table lamp in the living room area.

Great little cottage with plenty of space. Beautifully renovated. Nicely but simply equipped kitchen with everything we needed for a short stay. Owner was quick to respond to our needs. Trail to dock was a little longer than anticipated but not too far. Would highly recommend this property.
