"The hotel was great. HOWEVER, when we first got there the TV would not work. We called the front desk and I believe the young lady was named Flor??? She was kind and helpful and was going to bring new batteries for the remote. But then we discovered some one had unplugged the TV and disconnected the cable line too. So no need for batteries, just a simple check of connections! Bed was VERY comfortable!"
"It sure was confusing trying to find the hotel when the main road in was shut down! Having no familiarity with the area, the “detour” route was NOT in the GPS when i arrived in the daytime and was even worse when I went out at night! Having hotels “tucked into” shopping centers is a terrible maze!
Other than that, I’m happy with the staff and my room!"

"Considering the house had been used in a TV show, we expected it to be in better condition. The master bedroom had used soap left on the shelf and the power outlets didn't work in the bathroom or the bedroom. This was an issue throughout, as finding an outlet that worked was a game. The downstairs bathrooms had some damage, including a cracked mirror, and one of the showers was non-functional. Overall, the location and house are great, but having fire pits at the pool would be a nice touch if they worked. "
