Amazing Rental

We had a great time at this house. It was clean, very comfortable, and lots of fun. The host was so easy to communicate with and so accomodating. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back next year.

Everything we needed

We had 3 families together for our family vacation. We had plenty of room and the house was stocked with everything we needed. It even had things we forgot... We loved how close it was to various hiking trails and cute towns. We enjoyed the pool access and the pickle ball courts.

Our stay was far better than we would have imagined. Our host made sure we was took care of from being to end. The accommodations was the best we have seen and the cleanest we have seen as well. This was a great place for a multigenerational family vacation. There was so much to do at the house (Pac-Man, hot tub pool table, pizza over), plenty of space to spread out, and a well-stocked kitchen where we were able to cook together. The coffee-making supplies were great! The kitchen had everything we needed.

This place was the perfect home for our vacation and we had a wonderful time. We have stayed at many vacation rentals. This one was the only one that had plenty of essentials like trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels along with other items. We loved it.

Family Getaway

We had a great time and the cabin was perfect for our visit. No issues and everything was as described. The space was perfect for games and fun. Plenty of space for our family. Hot tub was great and was used each day.

Mountain house

We really enjoyed our stay at the house, it had everything we needed. It was our home away from home. Plenty of towels and kitchen utensils, plenty of room to spread out. It’s located close to hiking and outdoor activities. The grocery store is very close. We had a wonderful week.

best warm getaways for families!

We very much enjoyed our stay in Leaf Peeper’s! It is perfect for 3 families (13ppl). The House is full of updated hi-tech Tv’s, bose soundbar, and thermostats etc. Kids enjoyed the bunk beds and Pac-man! Warm and cozy all the time. Darien is an excellent host, fast response and care about our trip. We all loved it and hope to return again!!

Shortly after we booked, Darien reached out to thank us and to provide information about the house and the area.This is a host who goes above and beyond to make his guests feel welcome and comfortable. The place was loaded with enough extras to keep our large group entertained. Among our favorites were the billiards table, pizza oven, fire pit, Pacman, the hot tub and access to the Pickleball and the pool. Another plus we found from the spaciousness of the home was to have so many places to be able to relax and enjoy some quiet time both indoors and out. Thanks again, Darien! We hope to be back again!

Great getaway!

I rented this house for a 40th birthday weekend getaway for my husband with our best friends and their kids! It was 4 adults and 3 kids and it was more than spacious! We loved seeing the beautiful fall scenery and the fall leaves! We enjoyed the hot tub after being out hiking all day! The large dining table was perfect for family games! We will def stay here again!

Mountain Getaway

We had a great time here! It's a short drive outside of Davis/Thomas and a beautiful house! You can access trails just behind the house and community and hike your way over to Black Water Falls SP (about 6 miles oneway). It had everything we wanted for a friends getaway in the West Virginia woods!

Gorgeous, clean and spacious place!

The house was amazing! Beautiful woodsy lot, with a beautiful view. Plenty of space for large families with ALL the amenities! Darian is a super host, always responsive and genuinely cared we had everything we need. He truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! We all loved it and hope to return again!
