    The home is quaint and cozy, featuring one bedroom with a queen bed and a full bed, separated by a privacy curtain—ideal for friends or small families. Relax in the spacious, comfortable living room after a day of exploring.

    Step outside to a small fenced area perfect for your pup, then head out and walk to Davis’s local breweries, restaurants, and shops—all just steps away. When the night winds down, simply stumble back home to your cozy retreat.

    Traveling with friends or a larger group? Book the home next door—Copper Cottage—also available through Canaan Realty’s rental program.

    Winter note: 4WD or AWD is required in winter months.
