One master bedroom overlooks the pool and conservation area at the back of the home, while the other overlooks the idyllic neighborhood and front yard. Bedroom 3 has two full size beds and its own bathroom and private shower, while bedroom 4 has a queen size bed and private shower, as well. Bedroom 5 is a beautifully appointed children’s room with two twin bed, and shares a bathroom with Bedroom 6, which features a queen size bed.


Outside, our villa has covered lanai with dining area and charcoal grill, and a huge extended deck, sun catching 30ft X 15ft private pool with fabulous spa.
