The only downside is that the fridge wasn't empty when I arrived. It had a case of beer, with just one beer and some lemons in a plastic bag

Broken AC, broken bathroom fan, carpet that ruined brand new socks it was so dirty, and breakfast was very limited. Guy at counter was friendly, and the beds were fine, but not much else.
