• POOL HEAT:
Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 5-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.

Beautiful Home

Our overall stay was wonderful. Unlike other resorts we stayed in, we were able to park along the street. The pictures online are accurate. The only issue we had were ants. We left pizza on the kitchen counter and the ants found it. I didn’t report to management because we made sure we didn’t leave food around to attract the ants after the first night. I would stay here again in the future.

Very DISAPPOINTED! The layout of the house and decorations were good. We had to call maintenance about AC first. We had at set at 70 and most of time the temperature in the home was around 78 degrees. The house is way too big for the current unit. Then we called about the garbage disposal which they were able to fix. The last call to maintenance was about the temperature of the fridge. Not only was it not making ice but our ice cream was more like milkshake because it was not freezing. The hot tub did not work as

Never book with Executive Villa Florida

The house was fairly good with exception that the Kitchen was defiantly not stocked for 16 people to cook and not real clean but ok.The service was absolutely horrible.The coffee pot was broke it took 4 and a half days to get a new one, the spa did not work over half the time we were there, and we were constantly lied to.Never book with Executive Villas Florida

Lovely Home

I have very few negatives to say about this home and my family's stay during June 2024. The home was just as pictured on the VBRO site- beautiful! Although the host was slow to respond to my emails, they were quick to respond to phone calls. We had an issue with ants and the host immediately (within hours) had someone out checking on and spraying for the ants. The internet at times was a bit splotchy, but I am going to chalk that up to the fact that we had a few teens in the home tiktok-ing and whatever else teens do on the internet. As a whole it was a pleasant experience and I will gladly rent again from this management company.
